TG4’s flagship soap opera is co-produced by Tyrone Productions and Eo Teilifis. This fictional village of Ros na Rύn where drama unfolds, reflects contemporary Gaeltacht and rural life. It is located near Spiddal, 11 miles from Galway city. It is modelled on an average village in the West of Ireland but with its own distinct personality – diverse population that share secrets, romances, friendships etc.
